1. Overview of FOX2Cancer

The Forkhead Box (FOX) gene family is a powerful family of transcription factors that activate or inhibit the expression of downstream target genes by binding to DNA sequences, and participate in the regulation of biological processes such as cell cycle, metabolism, and immunity. However, the current research status of the FOX gene family still brings limitations and difficulties to the full benefit of cancer patients. Here, we explore FOX gene regulation patterns across different cancers by integrating multi-omics information. In this resource, users can query the drug susceptibility related to the FOX gene family, and the clinical survival rate of patients with 33 cancer types. FOX2Cancer will provide a valuable resource to guide the mechanisms and therapeutic effects of FOX genes in human cancers
